Enrollment in Online Banking can be completed entirely online.

You will need the following information to enroll:

  1. The last 4 digits of your social security number
  2. Your primary account number
  3. Your birth date in MM/DD/YYYY format
  4. You will also need to read and Accept the terms and conditions
You will be asked to choose your own user ID and Password and to select three security questions. Once the enrollment process is completed, you will be able to sign in to Online Banking immediately.

Note: If you are unable to complete the enrollment process online, call our Customer Care Department at 1-800-682-4989 seven days a week, 24 hours a day.


*The 90-day trial period will begin once you schedule your first payment. After the trial period expires, a monthly fee of $4.95 will apply to the bill payment service and will be charged to your primary account. The charge will be disclosed on the deposit account statement after the 90-day trial period has expired. You may discontinue the bill payment trial or bill payment service at any time by calling Customer Care at 1-800-682-4989, sending a written notice to Associated Bank, or by email.
