What will stay the same?
- Current customers will maintain their User Id and Password. There are no changes in the login process. However, due to a system constraint, it will no longer be possible to use certain special characters. If your User Id or Password contains the special characters of & # = , ; / : < > * please change them now by selecting Preferences, within eAccess.
- All existing bill payee information, recurring bill payment set ups, and bill pay history will continue to be available
- All existing recurring transfers will continue to be available.
- Continued convenient and safe way to make account transfers and bill payments.
What will change?
- New, easier to understand and navigate user-interface.
- Navigation tabs will be placed along the top of the screen rather than off to the left side.
- "Help" and "Quick" links are available on every screen to allow quicker access to related information.
- All screens will contain a dropdown selection labeled "My Favorites". Because the dropdown list is created and maintained by the customer within the Self Service section, this feature allows users to quickly navigate to the screens they use most often.
- There are minor changes to the definition of account balances
a. "Available balance" reflects the account balance as of the time of the inquiry, including pending transactions, items deposited which are not yet collected, and holds on your account
b. "Account balance" reflects the ledger balance as of the time of the inquiry including pending transactions
- Up to twenty-seven months of account history will be available
- Additions to existing Alert features
a. "Alert" emails can be sent to the email address of your choice and does not need to be the same for all "Alerts".
b. "Balance Alert" - this new alert notifies you when you have a low account balance or excess funds you may wish to move to a higher-yielding investment.
c. "Transaction Alert" - this new alert notifies you when your payroll is deposited, a check clears or to monitor a variety of account activities.
d. "New Message Alert" - this new alert notifies you when Associated Bank has sent you a secure message. This includes important bill pay information and other secure communications.
- The ability to download to Money (OFX format) has been added to the existing download formats of; Quicken (QFX), XLS and CSV.
- New system flexibility allows for further site enhancements in the future.
- Valid User Ids should contain 6 to 30 characters and any combination of letters, numbers, and special characters excluding: & # = , ; / : < > *
- Valid Passwords should contain 8 to 32 characters and must contain at least one letter and one number, and can include special characters excluding: & # = , ; / : < > *
How do I enroll in Online Banking?
New customers can self-enroll by simply entering their information on the screens which is cross-referenced and verified with the information in our database or by calling our 24/7 Customer Care center. Enrollment will be instantaneous and allow access to accounts and activity for the current day. History data will become available the next day.
