This is a perfect account to save for annual holiday shopping or vacations. Simply open the account with $25 and watch your funds grow. Choose to make deposits when funds become available, or establish an automatic transfer from an Associated Bank checking account each month. On October 15, your savings will automatically be available to you with a free automatic transfer to your Associated Bank checking account. Any withdrawals made before October 15 are subject to a $3 fee. There is no monthly maintenance fee when you have a linked Associated checking account.
