Paid Time Off
Paid Time Off (PTO) provides associates a period of rest and relaxation away from work and to take care of personal obligations. PTO is accrued on a monthly basis and is determined by salary grade, status and years of service. Our associates enjoy a generous PTO package upon hire.

Our family-friendly policies also provide time off for sick time; bereavement leave and jury duty. Other time off may be granted for religious observation and school visitation (Illinois associates only).

Holidays
Full-time and part-time associates are paid for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (1/2 day) and Christmas Day.
